Performance at the Limit offers a range of bespoke training programmes and services using experiential methods and utilises real examples from the high performance world of Grand Prix motor racing, to illustrate the importance of continuous improvement in business.
No two programmes are alike. From this, we then recommend a programme and relevant content from which the final delivery material is jointly developed and delivered.
The ‘Pit Stop Challenge’ is central to the range of training programmes that we deliver and features the important elements of strategy, planning, communication, shared leadership, and teamwork. Utilising a genuine Formula 1™ racing car and equipment
teams are briefed, trained and work on a simulated pit stop to demonstrate how teams can work together to best effect.
The learnings from this exercise are then taken back to the classroom where delegates are able to both debate and develop high performance strategies which they are able to take back to the workplace.
Our programme content and the 'Pit Stop Challenge' can also be integrated into existing company training programmes where additional compelling content is required.
In terms of physical numbers and dependent upon final programme content, ‘Performance at the Limit’ can train up to 48 delegates per day.
